We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 10 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Return Requirements:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Customized, special-order, clearance, or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless defective.
Refunds:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after processing.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receipt so we can make it right.
