Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders placed by 10:00 AM EST are eligible for same-day shipping provided that:
    • The product is in stock and available for production.
    • Any required design work has been completed or approved.
    • A designer is available and in the office to process the order.
  • Orders received after 10:00 AM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will typically be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Production & Availability
While we make every effort to meet our same-day shipping goal, production schedules, order volume, product availability, and unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect processing times.

Shipping Times
Shipping transit times vary based on the carrier and the destination. Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
